As part of the efforts of the Public Security Sector and the Traffic and Operations Sector to arrest outlaws and violators of traffic laws and rules, the security deployment and traffic campaigns in the Wafra and Sulaibiya areas resulted in the arrest of three motorists.
The Al-Anba daily said their vehicles have been impounded and referred to the traffic garage.
In the meantime, the Capital Governorate Traffic Department has also issued 70 direct traffic citations and impounded 7 vehicles for causing noise pollution by installing exhausts that make noise.
This happened during a traffic campaign on the Second Ring Road and Damascus Street.
