Minister of Defense and Interior Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled said on the sidelines of his participation in the campaign, that those who violate the Islamic law and traditions has no place in the Kuwaiti society.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant-General Anwar Al-Barjas, also supervised the security situation in Mahboula, and instructed the security men to apply the law with one rule firmly without discrimination, reports a local Arabic daily.
The Ministry of Interior launched an extensive campaign in the Mahboula area, after the security men blocked the entrances and exits.
The campaign came on the instructions of Minister of Defense and Interior Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled and Undersecretary of the Ministry Lieutenant-General Anwar Al-Barjas.
The campaign was led by the Director General of Ahmadi Security, Major General Walid Al-Shehab, in cooperation with the emergency patrols.
