The Kuwait Stock Exchange started its trading with a rise of 60 points for its general index, in its first session after the national holidays.

In light of a strong purchasing power, the Premier Market Index jumped by more than 80 points during the first minutes, amid purchases focused on the leading stocks.

The main market index joined the first wave of activity, gaining about 35 points so far.
