A citizen in judicial custody died inside the central prison after falling to the ground in the ward. His companions notified the security personnel and immediately an ambulance was called and he was referred to a doctor, but the inmate was declared dead.
A case has been registered and the body was referred to forensic medicine to determine the causes of death, while the investigations are ongoing into the death.
