On the auspicious occasion of the 60th anniversary of the National Day and the 30th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait, I have the honor to express warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the government and citizens of Kuwait.
Kuwait and Thailand have enjoyed the best of bilateral relations for five decades. It is encouraging to see growing ties of friendship through increasing numbers of trade, medical tourism and people-to-people contact.
Despite the current COVID-19 pandemic, I strongly believe that our two nations will soon emerge stronger and that we will further build on the past 58 years of relationship towards even stronger ties in future.
I am looking forward to enjoying the rest of February with family and friends in Kuwait. To infinity and beyond, I wish all people in Kuwait a splendid and peaceful National Day celebration.
