The Residency Affairs Department of the Ministry of Interior launched a service to extend the temporary residency visas of Article 14 for a period of 3 months, reported Al Rai daily
Al-Rai daily reported that any fines incurred should be paid by the residency visa holder and after renewing the civil card online, the card can be received once working hours starts following the end of the public holidays granted due to coronavirus fears.
Any expatriate with a visa close to expiry and unable to renew due to the work interruption, can extend the visa for a period of 3 months temporarily.
