The weather forecast observer at the Meteorological Department, Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, expects a drop in temperature of about 4 or 5 degrees during the next Saturday and Sunday, compared to what is recorded on Wednesday.
Al-Qarawi explained that the expected decrease in the country is due to the advance of a cold air wave from the northwestern direction of the Arabian Peninsula, which will deepen in the State of Kuwait during Saturday and Sunday, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature next Saturday will be 23 degrees, while the minimum will be 13 degrees. As for Sunday, the expected maximum temperature is 24 degrees and the minimum 12 degrees at the Kuwait International Airport.
Al-Qarawi expects the minimum temperature in the desert areas to drop to between 9 and 10 degrees Celsius.
