Meteorologist Muhammad Karam expects Kuwait’s temperature to drop below 40 degrees Celsius at the end of this month.

Karam told Al-Rai that “the current period is called the zero season in Kuwait, during which people are prone to suffer from allergies and asthma.

This season which usually begins in mid-October, marks the beginning of the rainy weather in Kuwait and the entire Arabian Peninsula.

He explained, “so far, there are no indications of rain in Kuwait, but next month we will begin to see cloud formations and perhaps it will be a good sign for the rainy season.

He stated “the upper layers of the atmosphere are beginning to tend to cool, and this gives us an indication of the start of cloud formations.”

The temperature in Kuwait at the moment ranges between 42 and 43 degrees Celsius, he added.
