Astronomer Adel Al-Marzouq indicated that the weather maps shown in the northeastern region of the Arabian Peninsula are devoid of the possibility of rain during the next two weeks due to the concentration of high-pressure belt in the center of the Arabian Peninsula.

This pressure belt, he said, causes active northerly to northwesterly winds, with a speed of between 21 and 30 km/hour, which leads to a slight decrease in temperatures, which during the day will range between 19 and 24 degrees, and at night between 10 and 14 degrees, with clear atmosphere; free of clouds with the possibility of dust raising especially on land in open areas, reports Al-Anba daily.

Tomorrow Tuesday and the day after tomorrow, Wednesday, he said, the winds will turn into southeasterly winds, or as it is called locally ‘Kos Al Mutali’, which leads to the emergence of high and non-rain bearing clouds, forming partly cloudy weather during these two days, in which the temperature will rise slightly before northwest winds begin to blow again.

Regarding the state of the sea, astronomer Adel Al-Marzouq said as a result of moderate to high winds, the waves will be high and reach approximately 1.5 to 3 meters, and on some days maybe just 60 cm. For fishing enthusiasts, Sunday through Saturday, Feb 12 is good and the most appropriate time for fishing is from 3 in the afternoon until 5.30 pm.
