The French embassy in Kuwait said the technical failure in France will slow the pace of issuing visas this week and expressed the embassy’s deep regret for the circumstances beyond its control.
“We regret to inform you that due to a technical failure in France, visa issuance will be slower this week, and we thank you for your understanding,” the embassy said on its Twitter account, reports a local Arabic daily.
