The Public Cleanliness and Road Occupancy Department of the Farwaniya Governorate Municipality branch carried out field campaigns in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, which resulted in the removal of 15 abandoned cars and scraps and transferred them to the municipality’s garage, in addition to cleaning several areas of waste and dumping it the municipality’s landfill.
The Director of the Public Cleanliness and Road Occupancy Department at the Governorate Municipality Branch, Mishaal Al-Azmi, said that the aim of the intensive field tours is to monitor violators and take all legal measures against them, reports Al-Rai daily.
He pointed out that his oversight team pays great attention to raising the level of cleanliness in the areas under his responsibility, as well as removing everything that distorts the aesthetic view.
He pointed to the continuation of field tours by the supervisory team at the Public Cleanliness and Road Occupancy Department, indicating in this regard the supervisory team’s lack of complacency in taking all legal measures against violators of the general hygiene and road occupancy regulations.
