The members of the educational staff in the Ministry of Education are looking forward to a ministerial decision issued by their ministry regarding the disbursement of rewards for excellent work for them for the fiscal year 2022-2023, as the educational regions have completed all procedures for evaluating competence for them since last June 26 and entered them in the integrated systems register.
In the meantime an educational source confirmed to Al-Rai daily that as soon as the ministerial decision is issued, the administrative sector will provide the regions with the names of the beneficiaries loaded on special flash cards, and then the regions will check them and send them again to the aforementioned sector.
The source said that the process of auditing, exchanging names, and making sure that the aforementioned are eligible and that their records are free of penalties takes at least a month, and then the administrative sector will transfer it to its financial counterpart, who in turn transfers it to the Financial Supervisory Authority, and this audits it for a period of not less than two weeks, and then gives the green light for the disbursement and deposit of money in the accounts of the beneficiaries. It is likely that all this will be completed by the end of August or the beginning of next September.
The source revealed that the financial sector had finished transferring the bonuses of the control workers and correctors for the past and current academic years to the Financial Supervisory Authority for auditing and then approving the disbursement, indicating that the budget is available and the amounts will be deposited in the accounts of the beneficiaries as soon as the disbursement permission is obtained.
