I would like to extend my deepest condolences to His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Sabah family and people of Kuwait on the passing of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
Tanzania mourns with you and celebrates the extraordinary life of this remarkable leader who devoted his life to peacefully protecting the security and stability of Gulf countries and World in general. The late His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah was a true humanitarian whose contribution on the global stage was widely acknowledged.
We recognize the outstanding and leading role of the late His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in building and strengthening friendship and cooperation between the United Republic of Tanzania and Kuwait.
We surely belong to Allah and to him we shall return!
