First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled affirmed today that the support of the Kuwaiti leadership and people for the security men is the incentive for more distinction and excellence.

This came according to a statement issued by the Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior, during a ceremony held at the Sa’ad Al-Abdullah Academy for Security Sciences, for the graduation of 400 non-commissioned officers following their promotion to the rank of lieutenant which was attended by Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting KUNA.

Al-Khaled conveyed to the graduates the greetings of His Highness the Amir, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad, and His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad, on the occasion of their promotion to the rank of lieutenant, and praised the efforts of the graduates and their insistence on obtaining knowledge after passing all the security academic courses.

He recommended that the law be applied to everyone with one rule, and that everything be done to protect the lives and property of citizens, because the security of the homeland and citizens is a great trust, and it must be preserved, and that they always put the fear of God before their eyes, once again trusting the men of the security establishment.

Acting Director of the Officers Training Institute, Brigadier General Fahd Abdel Salam, read the appointment decision and then the oath-taking ceremony.

The graduation ceremony was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Mansour Al-Awadi, the Assistant Undersecretary for the Education and Training Sector, Major General Badr Al-Baloul, and the leaders and officers of the sector.
