On behalf of the government and people of the Republic of Tajikistan and my own behalf it is my great pleasure to extend to His Highness the Amir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al Ahmed Al Sabah and the people of wonderful country of Kuwait the warmest congratulations on the occasion of Kuwait’s 61st anniversary of National day and 31st anniversary of Liberation day.
Relations between Kuwait and Tajikistan have been cordial and cooperative since their establishment and they have always played a significant role for Tajikistan. It’s been a great pleasure to witness the considerable progress that the State of Kuwait made during its independence on national, regional and global levels.
Today Kuwait is one of the most prosperous and successful countries in the world.
