On behalf of the government and the people of the Republic of Tajikistan and on my own behalf, I would like to express my warmest congratulations on Kuwait’s National and Liberation Days and wish His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and all the friendly people of Kuwait good health, prosperity and permanent peace and stability in their wonderful and beloved country.
On this auspicious occasion, I would also like to highlight the remarkable progress Kuwait has made both within the country and in the region, and people of Kuwait can be justly proud of their country’s achievements.
The relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the State of Kuwait have great prospects for development and are of particular importance for Tajikistan. I sincerely believe that our fruitful cooperation and relations will continue to further strengthen and develop towards mutual prosperity for the benefit of both countries.
