An accident in which a car caught fire in Fahaheel area has raised suspicions that an expatriate might have set himself on fire.
The Public Relations and Media Department of the General Fire Service stated after a report was received by the operating room stating that a fire had broken out in a car parked on an open ground in the Fahaheel area, firefighters dealt with the fire and ‘rescued’ the person who was inside and transferred him to the hospital for treatment after he sustained separate burns all over his body, whose condition is critical, reports Al-Rai daily.
Preliminary investigations indicate there is a suspicion the expatriate might have set himself on fire inside the car for unknown motives.
