Informed sources revealed that the General Administration of Civil Aviation has begun to propel the implementation of the middle runway works, the parking of cargo planes, VIPs and the supporting infrastructure for Kuwait Airport, an Arab daily reported. Moreover, the Central Agency for Public Tenders agreed to offer the implementation exercise, provided that the Authority undertakes the tender procedures. The ministry stated that the offering process will take place during the coming period, after the Civil Aviation monitored the estimated value of the contract, as well as, the implementation period.
