The concerned authorities are currently studying the drafting of a unified rental contract for car rental offices, the terms of which are for the benefit of car rental offices, insurance companies and those who rent the cars.
A local Arabic daily quoting sources, added a meeting was yesterday in the presence of officials from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Interior, the Insurance Regulatory Unit and some owners of insurance offices, in order to agree on a specific mechanism to organize the work of car rental offices and prepare terms for a unified rental contract.
