The Kuwait Municipality has officially set 300 dinars as insurance fees for the spring camp, and 50 dinars non-refundable registration fee.
The Municipality law stipulates the license applicant must be at least 21 years old and eligible to apply as per terms and conditions.
The Al-Rai daily quoting sources said only one licence can be issued in the name of one person.
