On the occasion of the celebration of the 61st National Day and 31st Anniversary of the Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait it gives me singular honor and privilege to convey, on behalf of His Excellency, President Cyril Ramaphosa, the Government and the people of the Republic of South Africa, warmest wishes and sincere congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Prime Minister, the members of the Ruling Family, Government and people of the State of Kuwait.
South Africa wishes to reassure the State of Kuwait that it will continue with its current efforts to consolidate the cordial bilateral relationship between the two countries and further enhance to the next level the excellent friendship that exists between these two friendly countries.
Furthermore, I would like to take this opportunity to convey to His Highness the Amir, best wishes for good health and long life, as well as success, wealth and prosperity to the Government and the friendly people of the State of Kuwait.
