As we bid farewell to the holy month of Ramadan, on behalf of the Slovak Embassy I would like to convey our best wishes and warm regards to H.H. Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, H.H. Sheikh Mesha’al Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, Crown Prince, the Government,  the Kuwaiti people, Slovakia friends on the occasion of the Eid Al-Fitr.

This year, Ramadan, in appearance, may have been different in view of social distancing and other COVID related safety measures. Allah’s infinite blessings nevertheless know no bounds. Humility, compassion, self-control and patience are the hallmarks of submission and spirituality associated with fasting. May Allah Almighty accept the prayers and have mercy on all.

We also remain mindful of millions of people who have been affected by the pandemic around the world, and require our support and solidarity. We hope and pray for the improvement and early normalization of the situation.

Let us observe this Eid in simplicity, adherence to the precautions measures and prayers.

Eid Mubarak.

Sincerely,
Igor Hajdusek
Ambassador of the Slovak Republic
