Kuwait’s Ambassador to the United States of America, Sheikha Al-Zain Al-Sabah said she is determined to strengthen bridges of cooperation, partnership and comprehensive relations with America.
Al-Sabah told Al-Qabas daily, “We hope that we will live up to the expectations of the political leadership, and I also wish success to Sheikh Sabah Al-Nasser, the country’s ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
“She reaffirmed that she will work to develop the historical relations between America and Kuwait, pointing to the existence of Kuwaiti works and achievements that were not highlighted in the past and must be highlighted to the world in various fields, whether cultural, political, economic, social, scientific or humanitarian.
She stated that the time has come to highlight Kuwait’s experiences and achievements in many fields, especially the achievements of women and their societal, cultural, economic and scientific role.
She noted that by highlighting the Kuwaiti achievements in the United States, the Kuwaiti role will be highlighted regionally and internationally, especially with the presence of international organizations in America.
She added, “There are changing files according to changing circumstances, and there are issues and files that are considered priorities, including: strengthening economic partnerships with the United States, and exchanging cultural, security, developmental, scientific, and health experiences,” noting that it will seek to highlight youth achievements, whether politically, innovatively, scientifically, or economically and highlight many experiences that were not highlighted earlier.
She stressed that “we must strengthen the bridges of development and investment partnership with the United States to enrich common interests and to communicate our Kuwaiti achievements and data to the world with the help of its sons and daughters.”
