Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday paid tribute to the late Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. He was a wise and rational leader in the Middle East region, Erdogan said, addressing a parliamentary session. Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad had adopted a policy compatible with reason and justice in addressing crises, Erdogan stated.
