A citizen in his thirties has been referred to the General Administration for Drug Control after who was caught the day before yesterday in the Fintas area in a state of drug abuse and in possession of narcotic substances and drug paraphernalia.
A security source said the citizen was caught at a checkpoint, where he showed signs of confusion and inability to speak, and when he was searched as a precaution measure, he was found in possession of four pieces of hashish, shabu and tools for drug use.
