Serbia celebrated 50 years of friendship with Kuwait with a reception at the Kuwait Sheraton Hotel to mark the occasion. Serbian Ambassador Mihailo Brkic congratulated the people of Kuwait and Serbia on the occasion of fifty glorious years of friendship and cooperation.
He said that on the occasion of the jubilee celebrations a lot of mutual efforts and activities are planned which will further strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries. Ambassador Brkic noted that the volume of trade between the two countries has increased three-fold, year on year, during the last three years . His Excellency Mustafa Al-Shamali, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance also congratulated the two countries on the occasion and praised the warm friendship between the two nations.
