The Public Relations and Security Media Department of the Ministry of Interior stated that during intensive campaigns 16 violators of various nationalities were arrested in Khaitan for violating residence and labor laws.
This is in addition to raiding 6 fake service offices in Sabah Al-Nasser of the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate housing 20 violators or law and those reported absconding by their sponsors. The violators were reportedly made available for work on daily wage basis, reports Al-Rai daily.
The sources added, 45 violators of the residence and labor law were picked up from the Salmiya area. All those arrested have been referred to the competent authorities to take the necessary legal measures against them.
