Saudi Arabia returns to normal life after lockdown.

This brings total number of coronavirus infections in the country to 161,005

Saudi Arabia reported 3,393 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 161,005, the Ministry of Health announced on Monday (June 22).

Meanwhile, the ministry reported 4,045 recoveries today, with total recoveries in the kingdom at 105,175. With 2,045 in intensive care units.

The ministry also confirmed 40 deaths, taking the toll of dead in the Kingdom to 1,307.

On Sunday normal life in Saudi Arabia returned after 91 days of lockdown, which was imposed to stem the spread of the novel coronavirus across the kingdom, Saudi media reported.

Qatar announces 1,034 new coronavirus cases, 1 death

Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health announced that 1,034 more people have tested positive for coronavirus on Monday, bringing the total number of confirmed infections to 88,304.

The ministry confirmed one more fatality, taking the death toll to 99. Also, 1,637 infected people have made full recovery, pushing the total number of recovered cases to 69,956

The newly diagnosed cases were detected from among 3,778 people who have been tested for the virus in a single day, raising to 324,570 the total number of examined people.

There are 18,348 active cases under treatment, including 2019 critically ill patients who are admitted to intensive care units across the country.
