Saudi Arabia declared on Saturday recording 15 new deaths and 2,442 infections from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Official Spokespersons of the Saudi Ministry of Health Dr. Mohammad Alabdulali said in his daily press briefing about status of the pandemic in the kingdom that overall count of fatalities from the virus climbed to 379 and tally of contamination cases reached 70,161.

He reported 2,233 new recovery cases, bringing the whole number of these cases to 41,236. Currently, there are 339 patients of critical condition receiving treatment at intensive care units, Dr. Aladulali added.

Saudi Arabia is scheduled to enforce curfew from Friday night until Wednesday (May 27).
