Saudi Arabia announced, Monday, nine deaths due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and 1,966 new infections.
According to Saudi health authorities, the tally of deaths and infections hit 255 and 41,014 respectively.
Meanwhile, recoveries from the virus reached 12,737 individuals with the addition of 1,280 cases. There are 149 critical cases receiving treatment at the ICU.
Bahrain: 216 new coronavirus infection cases
Bahraini Ministry of Health declared on Monday recording 216 new coronavirus infection cases and recovery of 82 persons who had gotten sick with the viral germ.
The ministry said in a statement that there were 201 expatriates among the infection cases, in addition to 15 who contracted the germ by getting to close to others contaminated with the pathogen.
Total number of the recoveries stood at 2,152 including 82 patients who were relieved of isolation.
Exiting cases amount to 2,997 including 2,993 stable cases and four in intensive care wards.
