Science International Forum (SIF) – Kuwait announces a new format for the Sastra Pratibha 2019-20. The registrations will be exclusively through schools and the forms will be made available at the schools by the last week of April. Registrations will close by 15 May and the question bank will be distributed to schools before the summer vacation.

Sastra Pratibha Contest (SPC) is an inter-school science talent search contest initiated by Vijnana Bharati, which is open to students in Kuwait.

The objective of the examination is to encourage students to develop an affinity towards pure science. The examination is held in two categories- Juniors and Seniors, where students of class 5,6 and 7 will be in the Junior Category and 8,9 and 10 will be in the  senior category. The test will be a 100 question, I hour Objective type test, where the questions are asked from the prescribed syllabus, current academic curriculum and General Knowledge.

Two top scoring students from each class will be declared the Sastra Prathibhas for that year and will receive the Sastra Prathibha Awards during the Annual science Gala.

Sastra Prathibha Contest, which was introduced in Kuwait in 2014, received massive participation from students. As many as 3500 plus students from 15 schools participated in the first edition of Sastra Prathibha contest.
