Director-General of the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) Ahmad Al-Mousa postponed the implementation of the decision that requires employers to submit salary transfer certificates to the local financial institutions to issue, renew or transfer work permits, Al Anbaa daily reported.
The circular stated that employers are allowed to complete transactions related to the issuance, renewal, and transfer of work permits without attaching the salary transfer certificate until further notice.
