With the government expanding its electronic services through “Sahl”, the plan provides for the development of three electronic platforms on “Sahl”, through which subsidies are distributed to educators, and farmers’ products are sold to cooperative societies, to deliver directly to the consumer without an intermediary, in addition to a platform for fishermen linked to what the fisherman sells in the fish market, in coordination with the concerned authorities.

The goal is to control the process of disbursing subsidies, and linking them to “sale” according to the sold quantity of agricultural products or fishes.

A local daily reported, that the Acting Director of the Agriculture Authority, Meshaal Al-Qarifa, confirmed the authority’s intention to distribute animal subsidies through the “Sahl” application, in cooperation with the Mills Company, as the link will take place in the coming days by entering the site, specifying the type of feed disbursement, obtaining a “barcode” and disbursing it from the “mills”.
