Romania fully supports the role of Kuwait as mediator in the region, with a view to promoting peace and stability. I avail myself of this opportunity to congratulate Kuwait for its effective work as nonpermanent member of the United Nations’ Security Council and wish Kuwait success in 2019 in this important international endeavor.
