The Mubarak Al-Kabeer police have detained a young Kuwaiti youth for damaging the property of others and assaulting a security man.
The daily added, police also found with the youth psychotropic substances and he was caught driving under the influence of alcohol, reports Al-Anba daily.
The young man’s vehicle has also been impounded. He was caught driving recklessly and speeding in a residential area.
