The latest figures recorded by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice show the total value of real estate transactions was 63 million dinars between July 17 and July 21.
The five-day trading was divided between about 61.043 million dinars for contracts, and about 1.907 million for agencies, while the number of real estate deals during the same was 105, distributed between 101 contracts and 4 agencies.
Al-Ahmadi Governorate came first with 22 deals, representing about 20.9 percent of the total real estate deals during the five days, followed by the Capital Governorate with 14 deals, representing 13.33 percent, while Al-Jahra Governorate had the lowest number — 3 deals that constituting about 2.8 percent of the total.
