Executive Chef of Radisson Blu Hotel Middle East and Turkey, David Harnois, led a full CEE Network culinary class in a three-hour session of cooking of authentic French dishes. Harnois is well-known for his traditional methods and contemporary approach to international cuisine that has attracted many diners at Radisson Blu Hotel Kuwait.

Harnois kicked off the class with a brief introduction that encouraged students to familiarize themselves with the ingredients and procedures of the three main dishes. The authentic French dishes prepared and cooked included Quiche Loraine, Grilled Seabass Sauce Vierge and Pots De Crème Au Choclat.

The list of ingredients was sent earlier to students and accurate measurements were weighed and prepared prior to the class. The students worked hard to produce remarkable products.

“I am very impressed by how the ingredients were ready and how accurate procedures were followed and it’s not surprising if their products capture the right taste and appearance. The plating and presentation of the dishes gave an appetizing look to the products and I am very glad to have been invited to do the class,” commented Harnois.

“My family dines frequently at Radisson Blu Hotel and I get to see the Executive Chef personally supervise the dishes and the presentation and to be able to be a part of his class is an unforgettable experience as a student of CEE Culinary Class,” stated Victoria Behrendt, dental hygienist and student of culinary course.

As for Chef Trainer Ramil De la Cruz, he lauded Harnois for captivating the students’ attention during the class. “It’s something I have to master myself as a trainer to be able to get them together to execute the procedures and produce remarkable results at the end of the class,” observed De la Cruz. Members of the faculty of trainers were present during the class to provide assistance to Harnois and ensure that cooking procedures were followed as per recipe.

CEE Culinary Class are held every Friday at the Food Academy of a retail hypermarket in Shuwaikh from 9 in the morning till 6 in the evening. For more details of courses, you may call: 65019059
