The Ministry of Public Works deployed emergency teams in several locations, as rain is expected in the country, an Arab daily reported.
Sources said that the Ministry and the Roads and Land Transport Authority have allocated a number of tanks and water pumping stations to prevent floods in critical locations. Moreover, the Civil Defense, the Meteorological Department and the rest of the concerned authorities are coordinating regarding the support they can provide to the Ministry.
