In a significant step towards fostering bilateral economic ties, Her Excellency Aliya Mawani, the esteemed Ambassador of Canada to Kuwait, engaged in a productive business meeting with Mr. Mohmed Haris, the Director of Lulu Hypermarket Kuwait. The meeting took place at the Lulu Hypermarket Regional Office in Kuwait on the 6th of December 2023.

The meeting showcased the commitment of both Canada and Kuwait in nurturing economic partnerships and enhancing trade relations. Additionally, Lulu Group International revealed plans to open a sourcing and export hub in the upcoming months in Canada, further enhancing the dynamic and forward-looking nature of the Canada-Kuwait business relationship.
