The price of a Kuwaiti oil barrel increased by 80 cents, to reach $76.29 in trading on Friday, compared to $75.49 in trading Thursday, according to the price announced by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation.

In global markets, Brent crude futures fell by $1.73, to reach $72.97 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude fell by $1.61, to reach $66.74, reports Al-Rai daily quoting KUNA.

The price of a Kuwaiti oil barrel had decreased by 3.79 dollars, to reach 75.49 dollars one day ago.
