The Director of the Department of Promoting Moderation at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs and Islamic preacher, Dr. Abdullah Al-Shareka, suggested that wedding ceremonies be held in Kuwait from afternoon until evening prayer, similar to some Gulf countries, reports a local Arabic daily.
