The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy announced that there was an emergency malfunction at the main substation, Hawally A, which led to power outages in parts of some areas in the Capital Governorate.
The ministry added that emergency teams were at the site to restore the current as soon as possible, reports a local Arabic daily.
