Together, Philips Middle East and Chef Faisal will introduce a new way of cooking to drive healthier habits in Kuwait.
Philips Middle East, a global leader in the innovation of consumer products and domestic appliances, is collaborating with the world-renowned Kuwaiti chef and restaurateur, Faisal Fahad Al Nashmi, for the launch of the Air Cooker 7000 Series.
Since breaking onto the Kuwaiti food scene at the age of 24, chef Faisal Fahad Al Nashmi has quickly established himself as one of the most influential chefs in the country. His collaboration with Philips aims to empower people in Kuwait to create chef-worthy meals that are healthier and tastier, at home.
The Air Cooker has been given Chef Faisal’s seal of approval as a new way to discover flavour, creativity and control in the kitchen. Using innovative NutriFlavour technology to create optimal levels of temperature, humidity and time, the device cooks food to perfection while also preserving up to 90% of nutrients. The Smart Climate Control feature sets ideal cooking conditions automatically, enabling precise results even for complex recipes through a range of cooking methods such as steaming, roasting, baking, slow cooking, or even sous viding.
Philips Middle East has also developed a savvy sous-chef to work alongside the Air Cooker: the NutriU app. After selecting from an extensive range of recipes, the user must simply press start and let the Air Cooker automatically set the perfect cooking climate. To kick start the collection of Air Cooker-specific recipes, Chef Faisal himself has adapted three of his signature dishes to the innovation, for everyone to enjoy a restaurant-worthy meal from the comfort of their home.
