The Philippine Embassy in Kuwait in collaboration with LBC Express will soon offer an optional and affordable door-to-door courier delivery service for new passports from the Embassy.
Philippine Ambassador to Kuwait Mohd. Noordin Pendosina N. Lomondot signed the agreement on behalf of the Embassy on 13 September 2021.
