On behalf of the Government and the People of Peru, and on my own behalf, I have the honor to convey our congratulations to H.H Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the State of Kuwait and its people on the 58th anniversary of Kuwait’s National Day and the 28th anniversary of Liberation.
I would like to express the commitment of Peru to keep engaging with Kuwait into new initiatives for the development and to promote mutual cooperation. Besides bilateral relationship, Peru and Kuwait have been working shoulder to shoulder in the Security Council in order to defend peace and security, especially in the Middle East. On this pleasant occasion, I am certain that the Kuwaiti people, under the guidance of H.H. the Amir, will have a bright future filled with local and international achievements.
