The Ministry of Health celebrated the International Day for Patient Safety at the “Avenues” mall Friday. Several countries took part in the celebration, during which the ministry put up an ‘awareness booth’ for public benefit.
The celebration, Al-Jarida said, coincides with the imminent resumption of the new scholastic year and the noticeable decline in ‘Corona” infection cases.
In view of this the Ministry of Health has decided to reduce the cost of the PCR test to KD 14 maximum starting from Sunday and put the price tag of 3 dinars on the antibody test. (Antibody testing determines if you had Covid-19 (corona virus) infection in the past).
