Teachers and students 16 years and older who are not vaccinated must produce a negative PCR test certificate when they resume their work/studied for the second semester next Sunday, March 6, 2022.

Informed sources said in exclusive statements to Al-Anba that the PCR test certificate is mandatory to prove the teacher/student is free of the virus.

The sources indicated that the requirement to submit a negative certificate to allow them to enter schools will be applied, unless the government, on the recommendation of the health authorities, decides to take another decision, given that teachers and students over 16 who are not vaccinated will be the only two categories required to submit the PCR certificate.

It is important to mention that the Council of Ministers set health requirements for attendance at schools for children under 16 years of age, as the Council’s decision stipulated:

1- Canceling the weekly PCR test for those who are not vaccinated when attending.

2- Isolation is limited to positive cases or cases that show symptoms.
