The Public Authority for Manpower has recently entered into a collaborative agreement with the American Middle East Institute (AMIDEAST) to initiate an English language program aimed at enhancing technical skills of the Kuwaiti citizens within the aviation industry.
A press release issued in this regard said, the program, conducted in conjunction with Boeing Airlines, is specifically designed for Kuwaitis seeking employment in the aviation sector, requiring a minimum qualification of a diploma in the field, reports Al-Rai daily.
Interested candidates can apply for this program, which will commence on December 10 and run until March 7, 2024, by visiting the link (www.tinyurl.com/CareerSkillsAE).
This initiative is open to both male and female Kuwaitis, and there is no cost associated with participation.
The course spans a duration of 90 training hours, with 60 hours allocated to English language proficiency and 30 hours dedicated to vocational rehabilitation. The signing of this agreement underscores the Public Authority for Manpower’s commitment to collaborating with civil society institutions and the private sector, aligning with its ongoing efforts to implement development initiatives.
The goal is to contribute to the preparation of national talents, professionally qualifying them for roles in the private sector.

She affirmed the institute’s readiness to leverage its resources for community service in the State of Kuwait.
