The Public Authority for Manpower has launched an awareness campaign in several languages on social media to urge workers and business owners to adhere to the decision banning work during the noon time from 11 am to 4 pm, from June to August each year. The campaign is called “Their safety is more important” and aims to raise awareness of the risks of working in hot weather.
PAM urged the public to call the inspection team at phone number 24936192 and report the employment of workers during the specified curfew hours. The inspection team continues its field tours until the end of August, Al-Anbaa daily reported.
