Director of the Public Relations and Media Department, Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), Aseel Al-Mazeed, revealed that the Manpower Protection Sector has created a section for national labor disputes in the Labor Relations Department, Al Anbaa reported.
Mezyad indicated in a statement to the daily that any citizen, whether an employer or a worker who has any problem or dispute related to work, can file a complaint to the Department for National Employment. To complain, one can register online, and the legal researcher will examine the dispute and work first to resolve the issue of the complaint amicably, and if a solution is not reached, the complaint will be referred to the judiciary.
